Terms & Condition: Vouchers are non-refundable. Proof of purchase must be presented at the Venue if required by staff. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any special offers and are not applicable with any product purchases. E-Vouchers must be redeemed on or before their expiry date. E-Vouchers expire after 3 months of the purchased date. Appointments cannot be guaranteed without adequate notice. Please be mindful and book in advance to avoid disappointment. If an appointment cannot be found before the expiration date and inadequate notice has been given, then the voucher will be void. If you are experiencing difficulties in using your voucher within the expiry date then please contact us before your gift voucher expires. In genuine circumstances such as illness or pregnancy we may extend your gift voucher for you. Each case will be assessed accordingly, an extension is not guaranteed.
